It is with this in mind that Love Your Lawyer Day was created in 2001. The inspiration came from attorney Nader Anise when ALPIA (American Lawyers Public Image Association) had started a campaign of “No Lawyer Bashing or Jokes for a Day.” And here we are!

Anne Frances Bleecker is an experienced family law, divorce, and child custody attorney in Charleston.
Ms. Bleecker was born in Charleston, South Carolina. An honor graduate of Ashley Hall School in Charleston, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Smith College and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Texas at Austin where she received a Merit Fellowship. Sue Chang is an attorney at Bleecker Family Law in Charleston, South Carolina. She graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. Sue received her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2008. Attorney Melissa E. Simondi is an Associate of Bleecker Family Law, a Charleston law practice focused exclusively in the area of family law, including divorce, paternity, custody, child support, and other related matters.
Melissa has been immersed in the world of Family Law since she was 16 years old, where her first job was as a legal assistant to John B. White, Jr. After working under Attorney White for two years, she then joined The Cate Law Firm, where she spent the next four years as a legal assistant to Ruth Cate. Read more about Melissa E. Attorney Beverly V. Snelgrove grew up in Aiken, South Carolina and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of South Carolina, with Honors. She received her law degree from The Charleston School of Law.
After passing the South Carolina Bar, Attorney Snelgrove returned to Aiken to work with her family’s law firm Johnson, Johnson, Whittle and Lacer, PA, focusing on Social Security disability, worker’s compensation, and personal injury cases. Read more about Beverly V. Snelgrove!
